A t-shirt printed with the number you chose, and a permanent entry in the registry saying that number is yours. Each number is sold once, to one person, and never printed again.
You are not buying the number itself. Nobody can own a number. What you get is a record on this site — not a trademark, not intellectual property, and no rights anywhere outside this page.
Euros, including 25% VAT. The price on the page is the price you pay — no shipping added at the end, no surprises at checkout. 2XL costs €3 more, because it costs us €3 more, and it says so before you pay.
Nothing is held in stock — your shirt does not exist until you buy it. Printing takes 2–5 working days, then it posts. Shipping is free, anywhere in the world. Import duty outside the EU is yours to pay, which is a rule we did not make and cannot waive.
There is no 14-day right of withdrawal. Goods made to your specification are exempt from it, and your shirt is printed with a number you chose, for you, after you ordered. It cannot be sold to anyone else.
Completing your purchase means accepting this. If you are unsure, do not order. Mail support@nosupplyclub.com before printing starts and we will cancel if we can catch it.
Wash it before you judge the fit. Cotton this weight arrives long and relaxes into shape after one wash and tumble dry. If it still is not right after that, mail support@nosupplyclub.com — we would rather hear it than not.
Separate from returns, and you always have it: two years to complain about a fault present when the shirt was made — misprint, wrong number, wrong size against your order, a hole, print that fails a normal wash.
Email a photo. We reprint or refund, and pay return postage. Wear, hot-wash shrinkage and changing your mind are not faults.
Shirts are printed to order by our production partner, who is the manufacturer of the finished product.
Product: Gildan 5000 unisex t-shirt, white or black, printed by direct-to-garment. 100% cotton.
Intended for adults. The manufacturer states the product complies with regulatory requirements on dangerous substances — lead, cadmium, phthalates and formaldehyde — and on flammability. Two-year warranty on consumer sales, which is the same right described under Faults above.
If you believe something we sold you is unsafe, mail support@nosupplyclub.com and we will act on it and pass it to the manufacturer.
You are asked before you pay, and nothing is published unless you choose it. If you choose to be listed, your handle and number appear on the registry. Your name, email and address never do. Mail privacy@nosupplyclub.com to change or remove it.
What a handle may not be. Someone else's brand or trademark, an impersonation of us or of another person, or anything abusive, hateful or sexual. These are refused at checkout where we can spot them, and removed afterwards where we cannot. The number stays yours either way — only the listing changes.
Reporting one. Mail support@nosupplyclub.com with the number. Anything clearly abusive or infringing is unlisted within two working days while we look at it, and the owner is told. If you are the rights holder of a name being used here, say so and it comes down.
If a number turns out to be unavailable after you paid, you are refunded in full, automatically.
