We collect what it takes to print a shirt and post it to you, keep the accounting records the law insists on, and publish nothing about you unless you chose to be listed. That is the whole policy; the detail is below.

Your email, name and delivery address — collected at checkout by our payment provider, because a parcel needs somewhere to go. The number, size and price you ordered. Your handle, and only if you asked for it to be public.
If you use the wall to say which number you want: the number, your handle and your message are published on that page — that is the entire purpose of it, and you choose what to put there. Your email is not published. It is held only so we can tell you if you are one of the five, and it is deleted when the giveaway closes.
If you tick the box asking to be told whether your number is still unissued, your email is kept past the close for that one message, and then deleted. Nothing else is sent, there is no list, and leaving the box unticked changes nothing else about your entry. Ask us and we will remove your entry at any time, for any reason or none.
If you vote on the wall: we keep a random id in your browser and a one-way hash of your IP address — not the address itself. Both exist for one reason, which is to stop one person voting fifty times. They are deleted when the giveaway closes.
We count page views, in aggregate, to see which pages people reach and roughly where they arrived from. No cookies, no advertising trackers, no profile of you, and nothing that identifies you — just totals. Nothing is sold to anyone. We never see your card details.
Your browser talks to us and nobody else. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this site's own domain — there is no font CDN, no analytics script from a third party, no embedded video, no social widget. Open your browser's network tab and every request should point at nosupplyclub.com. If you ever see one that does not, that is a bug and we would like to hear about it.
To perform the contract — we cannot post a shirt without an address. To meet a legal obligation — bookkeeping law requires records of sales. And your consent, for publishing your handle and nothing else, withdrawable at any time.
Our payment processor, our database and hosting providers, and the printer who makes the shirt. The printer gets your name and address and nothing else — not your email, not what you paid. None of them may use any of it for their own purposes. Ask and we will name them.
Order and accounting records: 5 years from the end of the financial year. That is bookkeeping law and cannot be shortened.
Your registry entry: indefinitely. Permanence is the point — it records the number and the date. A published handle can be removed at any time.
Ask us to show, correct, delete or export what we hold, or withdraw consent for your handle. Mail privacy@nosupplyclub.com; no charge, reply within 30 days.
One limit: accounting records cannot be deleted before the five years are up. Your handle can come off the public page immediately.
